The scent of these magnificent beauties is so good that I'm sorely tempted not to cook them as planned for Easter Sunday lunch.

Love fresh produce - are they quinces? Or pears? My Mum used to have a quince tree - I can't remember what she used to do with them.
I love quinces. What are you going to cook with them? I've cooked them a few times but haven't found a great recipe yet.
Yummy, quince. Quince paste, jam or just plain stewed on my muesli. Yummy.
