Hmmm....

There are some distinct disadvantages when your 18 month old likes to 'help' unpack the groceries.
4 survived. One is unsalvageable. Now I need to come up with ways to use 7 eggs. Fast!

How about a baked custard with the yokes, and then freeze the egg whites for a pav later ... or a massive omlette!

Fritatta? Quiche? Scrambled eggs?

Archie loves to help unpack groceries too. Yesterday he dropped a tin of tomatoes on his foot and a couple of months ago he chewed on and tore open a huge packet of dried oregano. He was covered!!! The joys, the joys. Vic xx
